Coaching Philosophy

Our age‑specific curriculum follows six player development stages

Level 1 — Active Start
(4‑6 years)

Intro to physical activity. Touches on the ball in a fun, safe environment. Focuses on individual development with dribbling, turning, receiving, and striking the ball.

Level 2 — Fundamentals
(6‑9 years)

Skills development in a structured, positive, and fun environment. Technical focus on passing, receiving, dribbling, finishing, 1v1 actions, and promoting game understanding.

Level 3 — Learn to Train
(9‑12 years)

Develop football-specific skills in a fun and productive environment. Focus on movement refinement, skills in and out of possession, and basic tactical concepts.

Level 4 — Train to Develop
(12‑16 years)

Continue developing football-specific skills as players transition to 11v11. Emphasis on training over competition, with the introduction of specific roles and responsibilities.

Level 5 — Train to Compete
(16‑19 years)

Develop players’ physiological, technical, and tactical skills. Introduce game-specific roles and sharpen readiness for competitive play.

Level 6 — Train to Win
(19+ years)

Maximise player performance with high-volume, high-intensity training. All capacities are fully developed, with focus on winning and peaking in competition.
